Payment Terms/Deposits
A 2 night deposit will be required within 10 days of booking
for reservations arriving 12/17/04 - 01/03/05 and 06/16/05 - 08/15/05 and
12/19/05 - 12/31/05 and race dates (Waikiki 12/08/05 - 12/12/05 and Kona
10/13/05 - 10/17/05).
A 1 night deposit will be required within 10 days of booking
for reservations arriving 01/04/05 - 06/15/05 and 08/16/05 - 12/18/05.
Reservations will be subject to cancellation without notice if deposits are not
received within the time frames specified above. The balance of the stay will be
required and collected from the guest upon arrival.
Rates
All rates are per unit, per night based on the occupancies
noted. All rental rates are net and are subject to the applicable State and
Transient Accommodation Taxes. The rate is charged by date of stay according to
the seasonal rate. All rates and prices are subject to change without
notice.
Extra bedding may be available at the following
rates:
Rollaway: $20
Crib: $15
Extra Person: $20
Reservations
All rooms on all properties are available based on a
space-available basis and are subject to confirmation. Rooms are not considered
reserved and confirmed unless you receive a confirmation number.
Cancellation Penalities & Policy
Christmas Season and Race Seasons: Reservations cancelled less
than 21 days prior to arrival during the dates listed below are subject to a 2
night charge.

Low Season: Reservations cancelled less than 3 days

Reservations must be guaranteed when made and charges will be
incurred unless cancelled within the required time period. No Shows are
considered late cancels and will be charged accordingly. Waiving of a No Show
charge requires submission of a cancellation number.
Other
Acts of God, strikes, and other conditions are beyond Marc
Resorts' control. Marc Resorts reserves the right in the event of an overbooking
situation, to secure alternate accomodations.
Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. is not liable for any injury,
damage, irregularity, or delay. Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. reserves the right
to make any changes or alterations as deemed necessary.
