Located on the grounds of the beautiful Turtle Bay Golf Resort,
our condos sit around the golf course and are only a short stroll through the
gardens to miles of white sandy beaches. With over 880 acres of paradise, this
location on the scenic North Shore will take your breath away. Turtle Bay Resort
offers 36 holes of championship golf at the Fazio and Palmer courses. Annually,
the Palmer course plays host to the Turtle Bay Championship, a premier stop on
the Senior PGA Tour.
In addition to world-class golf, the resort is rich in other
recreation and resort amenities, including oceanside pools, 6 restaurants and
lounges, an equestrian center with ocean and trail riding, a full-service tennis
center, and 12 miles of ocean-front hiking and biking trails. The resort
property stretches from Kawela Bay to Kahuku Point (the northern most point on
Oahu). This beachfront features famous surf breaks like Rainbows Break, Disco's
Reef, and Cherries, complemented by gentle beaches and private coves like Keiki
Beach and Kuilima Cove. A Banyan tree of enormous size marks the eastern point
of the resort.
To get to Turtle Bay from Honolulu airport, take H1 West, then
H2 to North Shore and Haleiwa. Follow the road past Haleiwa, Waimea Bay, and
Sunset Beach. The Turtle Bay entrance is located on the left side of Kamehameha
Highway between Sunset Beach and Kahuku.

Payment Policy
Pre-payment will be facilitated 30 days prior to check-in.
Cleaning Fees
Cleaning fees for Turtle Bay Kuilima Estates range from $55 to $75 per
unit.
Cancellations
There is a minimum fee of $50 on all reservations cancelled
within 30 or more days from the date of check-in. Any cancellation less than 30
days from check-in may forfeit at least the full security deposit and up to all
amounts paid. A "no-show" will automatically incur a forfeiture of the entire
security deposit and rents paid.
Check In Procedures
There will be an on-site representative who will assist you
with your check-in. Please call 293-2987 or 226-2571 upon your arrival. At that
time you will be given your unit assignment and instructions on how to obtain
your keys. Please be advised that the Turtle Bay Golf Resort does not manage or
operate the condos at Kuilima Estates. If you encounter any problems with your
unit, call us at 949-4505.
Check Out Procedures
Check out time for rental units at Turtle Bay Kuilima Estates is 10:00am.
Payment Terms/Deposits
A 2 night deposit will be required within 10 days of booking
for reservations arriving 12/17/04 - 01/03/05 and 06/16/05 - 08/15/05 and
12/19/05 - 12/31/05 and race dates (Waikiki 12/08/05 - 12/12/05 and Kona
10/13/05 - 10/17/05).
A 1 night deposit will be required within 10 days of booking
for reservations arriving 01/04/05 - 06/15/05 and 08/16/05 - 12/18/05.
Reservations will be subject to cancellation without notice if deposits are not
received within the time frames specified above. The balance of the stay will be
required and collected from the guest upon arrival.
Rates
All rates are per unit, per night based on the occupancies
noted. All rental rates are net and are subject to the applicable State and
Transient Accommodation Taxes. The rate is charged by date of stay according to
the seasonal rate. All rates and prices are subject to change without
notice.
Extra bedding may be available at the following
rates:
Rollaway: $20
Crib: $15
Extra Person: $20
Reservations
All rooms on all properties are available based on a
space-available basis and are subject to confirmation. Rooms are not considered
reserved and confirmed unless you receive a confirmation number.
Cancellation Penalities & Policy
Christmas Season and Race Seasons: Reservations cancelled less
than 21 days prior to arrival during the dates listed below are subject to a 2
night charge.

Reservations must be guaranteed when made and charges will be
incurred unless cancelled within the required time period. No Shows are
considered late cancels and will be charged accordingly. Waiving of a No Show
charge requires submission of a cancellation number.

Acts of God, strikes, and other conditions are beyond Marc
Resorts' control. Marc Resorts reserves the right in the event of an overbooking
situation, to secure alternate accomodations.

damage, irregularity, or delay. Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. reserves the right
to make any changes or alterations as deemed necessary.
